  • As we close out the month of June, we're taking the time this #MileStoneMonday to celebrate and reflect on the impact we've made on housing in our South Florida Community this month! We held NeighborWorks Week which included our Heirs' Rights Property Panel, Commissioner Mack Bernard's Proclamation, and our Sip to Celebrate Reception. Not to mention we hosted our most successful Housing Fair yet! We believe a home is more than just the concrete, stucco, and tile that go into it. A home is a place to raise a family, be part of a community, and to build wealth, and we're looking forward to making homeownership a reality for more and more of our community! #floridanonprofit #southfloridacommunity #teamcpsfl

  • https://lnkd.in/ekPDwhzt Life’s challenges knock all of us off track once in a while. The good news is that you don’t have to deal with it on your own! At CPSFL, we believe it is a fundamental right for individuals to have access to support that ensures healthy physical and social-emotional well-being. Our team of mental health professionals are extensively trained to work with children and/or adults in their home, school, and community. We implement the High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) model that is a structured, team-based, collaborative planning process. Our team partners with individuals and families to use their voice, choice and strengths in developing a family-driven plan that promotes self-advocacy on the journey to reach social-emotional stability. • BRIDGES is an initiative of the Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County that helps parents raise children to be healthy, safe, and strong. Through BRIDGES, Palm Beach County families like yours get the tools they need so children grow up healthy, safe and strong — and achieve a vital stepping stone toward future success: entering Kindergarten ready to learn and reading on grade level by the end of third grade. These neighborhood hubs act as local systems of care, connecting families to supports and resources. Each BRIDGES site is unique, but all work with families to increase the number of babies born healthy and children ready for school, while decreasing incidences of child abuse and neglect.
