The Carlisle Group has been retained to find a Chief Operations Officer. Our preferred client serves the transportation needs of 1000’s of mid-state residents daily and their almost 50 years of operational history has been excellent. They have an impressive fleet of diesel, gas and CNG operated vehicles. They serve 11 counties, employ over 580 people, and have 450+ vehicles in their fleet. We are searching for an operation professional with 7+ years of leadership experience. Preferences for this role would be a degree, union management experience, multi-unit operations experience, project management and process improvement leadership experience, and someone with outstanding communication and organizational skills.
