If you have a Sam's China, Brazil, Mexico or Puerto Rico Membership card, it will only work on the website of the country where you reside.

If you are a member with an international billing address but live in the United States and are having issues using SamsClub.com, please visit the Membership Desk to make sure all information in your membership matches. You should also verify that your online account information matches the information on all credit/debit cards and with their financial institutions used for billing/payment.
