Executive Sous Chef

Hai Hospitality’s LORO Asian Smokehouse & Bar is looking for a talented Executive Sous Chef to join the LORO team in the Dallas Market! In this role, you'll provide coaching, leadership, and support to your chefs and kitchen teams to achieve their highest potential.

We're offering a base salary between $57,000-$67,000 based on experience plus benefits.

Key Functions:

  • Provide guidance and leadership to Sous Chefs
  • Monitor and analyze unit KPI's
  • Operational, financial, and administrative oversight and guidance
  • Engagement and enrichment of kitchen teams
