About us
Make a positive difference! Berkeley County School District has 47 school sites and includes the cities of Goose Creek and Hanahan, along with parts of Charleston and North Charleston. The towns of Berkeley County include Bonneau, Jamestown, Moncks Corner, St. Stephen, and parts of Summerville. We believe our students are more than data points, and teachers are encouraged to personalize learning and innovate in the classroom as they prepare students for life after school. From adaptability and critical thinking to resilience and collaboration - our students are getting what they need for college, the work force, the military or whatever finds them after graduation.

Throughout the school year, visual art students from Howe Hall AIMS have been working on a special project for the American Legion across the street. Just in time for Memorial Day, they unveiled their mural honoring America's fallen soldiers and military branches that now decorates Post 166. #makingapositivedifference #communitymatters #publiceducation #arteducation #memorialday #rememberthefallen #berkeleycoutysc
