How to create a SamsClub.com account

 

Creating an online account provides Sam's Club Members with additional benefits and capabilities that are only offered through our online shopping experience:

  • Update your Membership information:  address, telephone number, email . . etc.
  • Utilize features like Auto Renew and Reorder Your Essentials.
  • Receive and Activate gift cards.
  • Customize your communication preferences and receive emails about promotions and Pickup notifications.
  • Shop online with an extended assortment and other online exclusives
     
  • Order and pay online with Pickup, and we will have your items ready at the club. We'll even text you when its ready.
  • Utilize Business Printing and Photo services for customized solutions.
  • Get the Sam's Club App and use Scan & Go to checkout with your phone and skip the lines or just order online and skip leaving home.
  • Order Tires that aren't available in our clubs. Special Order Tires arrive at a club of your choosing in 3-5 business days or next day depending on brand. Use our Tire Finder to make sure your tires are proven safe for your specific vehicle.

 

Ways to register your membership online:

  1. Confirm your information: Membership number listed on your physical card or Membership paperwork and ZIP Code that matches your club account information.
  2. On the Member information page: fill out all contact information fields; set your communication preferences and confirm your password/email address. See password requirements
  3. Your ZIP code should match the information listed with your Membership at the club and your email address will become your login ID.
  4. Click Register to finalize and verify your information.
