Same-Day Delivery Order Not Received
Follow the steps below if you didn't receive your items but received a delivery notification.
Shipping Orders
If the tracking details show your package has arrived, but you can’t find it:
- Look around the delivery location
- Ask your household and neighbors
- Review the address saved in your SamsClub.com account. Make sure it doesn’t have any spelling errors or numerical mistakes
- Wait two business days to see if it arrives. It’s rare, but sometimes carriers may mark packages as delivered before they arrive
- If you still haven’t received it after two business days, please contact us for a refund
Delivery Orders
If you have a scheduled delivery and the tracking details show your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
- Check the delivery confirmation email and tracking
- If it is the wrong house, confirm your shipping address is accurate in your SamsClub.com account
- Next, check your address in Google Maps to see if the rooftop pin is correct
- Please contact us for a refund or if available, process the return using the Sam's Club app
