Francisco Rocha Antunes, FRICS, ULI Portugal Chair _______________________________________________________ It is with deep sadness that the current President of the Urban Land Institute Portugal and the entire management received the news of the death of Mr André Jordan, the first president of ULI Portugal. Mr. André Jordan's contribution to the dignification and professionalization of real estate in Portugal is unsurpassable and deserves to be cited as an example for new generations of professionals. In addition to notable and striking projects such as Quinta do Lago, Belas Clube de Campo, and the revitalization of Vilamoura, Mr André Jordan was the great driver of academic and scientific activities that allowed the sector to qualify here as well, namely with the sponsorship of the Prize André Jordan, who has been rewarding the best doctoral and master's work in this area for many years. The Urban Land Institute Portugal pays a heartfelt tribute to the entire family, especially to their son, who is our colleague and also former President Gilberto Jordan, to whom we extend a strong hug of solidarity. Francisco Rocha Antunes, ULI Portugal Chair
