ULI Chicago members gathered this morning to hear from leaders in our industry who are giving new life to existing office buildings. Paul Shadle (DLA Piper) moderated an engaging conversation with Mike Reschke (The Prime Group), Lee Golub (Golub & Co) and Brian Kidd (Gensler). We also recognized Scott Goldstein for serving as ULI Chicago Chair for the past 2 years. We are grateful for the impact he has made and the time he has given to strengthen our organization! Thank you, Scott!

OFFICE TO ENVY was the theme for today at the ULI Chicago Blue Flight event. Thank you to Katie Jahnke Dale and DLA Piper for hosting our inaugural 2024 Spring Event with featured guest speaker Jaime Fink with JLL who provided us with a comprehensive overview of why Fulton Market is one of the top performing office markets in the US. A HUGE thank you to Jessica Brown with Sterling Bay for touring us through of some of THE most coveted office space in Chicago at 333 Green Street (https://lnkd.in/eG_4DeMj) and 360 N Green Street (https://360northgreen.com/) If you are in the market for high quality office space you better contact Jess fast! Just ask Aaron Galvin with Luxury Living who can attest to the fact that the surrounding apartment market is going gangbusters! And finishing it all off with a perfect Happy Hour at Federales Fulton. (https://lnkd.in/ewn4Vs9U) Couldn't have asked for a better day! More to come this year as we have a very exciting itinerary of upcoming events!
