    The NKF aims to provide Help and Information to both renal patients and their carers . It does this via its website, its telephone Helpline, its advocacy officers, its quarterly magazine Kidney Life, its medical information leaflets and its annual conference. If the provision of renal services is thought to be lacking, then the NKF campaigns to get things changed. The nkf is run by kidney patients for kidney patients and is the largest renal patient charity in the UK.

This is a role that I thoroughly enjoy.
