How do I add or delete a payment method?

 

How to Add a New Payment Method

From your online account information screen:

1. Under the Checkout preferences heading select Payment Methods or Gift Cards to add a new card.

2. Click the + Add link to add a new pay method.

3. A text box will appear below the + Add link to complete.

4. Complete all required fields and check "Make this your preferred card" if this will be your primary purchasing card for your SamsClub.com account and click [Save] or [Done] depending on device and/or platform.

5. You can also delete card information or select a default card from this screen. 

6. Confirm your order and payment method; then select "Place Your Order Now". 

 

Changing/updating a payment method already on file:

1. From the Account information page, scroll down to the Checkout preferences heading at the left of the page.

2. Click the Payment methods page, and select the edit link in line with the card you need to alter.

3. Make the required changes (name/card number/expiration/cvv) and click [Save] once completed.

 

How to delete or edit a Payment Method from your Account

1. Select My Payment Settings under the My Membership heading

2. Click the Remove link in the box of the card that you wish to delete from your online account

3. If you wish to update card information, click the Edit link in the box of the card that you wish to change.

 

*If you're having issues with changing your payment information on the app, you may try updating via desktop.

**If you still have issues with updating information via desktop, please try deleting cookies, deleting your history and try restarting your computer.
