Unrecognized Charges or Orders
If you see a Walmart.com charge on your card, but you don't recognize it as yours, your card may be compromised. Select the Chat with us button to get help right away. When prompted, type Unauthorized Charges in the chat window.
What do I need to do when a charge or order is unrecognized?
- Contact your bank or credit card company to let them know about the unauthorized use and dispute any charges. Your financial institution is always the best place to turn to recover those funds.
- Reset your password immediately.
- Delete any saved payment information.
- If you use the same email address and password for accounts outside of Walmart.com, change your passwords for those accounts as well.
