Product Authenticity
If you believe there is a counterfeit product or other infringing content on Walmart.com, please notify us by using the Intellectual Property (IP) Claim Form. If you're an authorized representative of a registered brand, please use the Brand Portal.
Suspicious Marketplace Seller Activity
If you see other unusual activity on Walmart Marketplace, please notify us using the Report Seller Form.
Stolen Goods
The sale of stolen property violates the property rights of rightful owners and is illegal. Walmart strictly prohibits the sale of stolen goods on the marketplace. If you believe there is stolen property listed for sale on Walmart.com, please notify us using the Report Seller Form and report the activity to your local law enforcement agency.
Suspected criminal activity involving stolen goods can be reported to the California Office of the Attorney General using the Organized Retail Theft Webform.
