When you buy items in-store, we make it easy to see those items on Walmart.com. You can view previously bought items, start a return, and add protection plans from your Purchase History.

When you use a payment card in-store that’s saved in your Walmart.com account, we’ll automatically add your store purchase to your online purchase history – there’s nothing more for you to do. We’ll also add other store purchases made with saved cards in the last 12 months. We'll email you the first time we add a store purchase to let you know it’s available in your account.

To opt-out:

1. Select Account.
   
2. Select Communications & privacy.
3. Select Store purchases.
4. Switch the toggle to Off.

Remember, even if you opt-out of store purchases, your Purchase History will still show purchases made with Walmart Pay and any store receipts you’ve scanned with the Walmart app.

How do I link in-store purchases to my account?

Scan your store receipt with the Walmart app.

1. Open your Walmart app.
2. In the search bar, select the barcode icon.
3. Scan the barcode on your receipt.

Checkout in-store with a payment that’s saved in your Walmart.com account.

• Store purchases will automatically appear in your purchase history if the name on your credit card matches the name on your Walmart.com account.
• If you want to stop seeing in-store purchases made with a certain credit card, you can remove that card from your Walmart.com account. You won't see new purchases made with that card, but you’ll still see the ones made before you removed the card.

How do I find my store receipts?

If your in-store purchase aren’t showing in your Purchase History and you don’t have the receipt, access the receipt lookup tool.

Make sure you have these details so we can find your receipt:

• ZIP code or city and state of the store location where you made your purchase.
• Purchase date and total receipt amount.
• Use your financial statement to verify purchase date and amount.
• Card type and last four digits of card number.

Follow these steps:

1. Enter the store location.
2. Select the purchase date.
3. Enter your card type and last 4 digits of card number.
4. Enter your receipt total.
5. Confirm the Captcha.
6. Select Lookup receipt.
7. Download your receipt.

If you made a purchase using a form of payment other than a debit or credit card, or if you need more help, please select the Chat with us button.

Where can I find my Pickup, Delivery and Shipping receipts?

You can use the barcode at the bottom of your order on Walmart.com or in the Walmart app (top right) in Purchase History as a proof of purchase.

1. Select Account.
2. Select Purchase History.
3. Select the desired purchase.
4. Scroll down to view totals and payment information.
5. The bar code at the bottom serves as your proof of purchase.

To print a receipt:

1. Go to your account on Walmart.com.
2. Select Purchase History.
3. Find the order for which you need the receipt.
4. Select View details.
5. Select the Print icon at the top left.
